
Shipping policy
When at check out your billing and shipping address MUST match. To avoid any fraudulent orders and false disputes, if these two fields do not match the customer will receive an automatic refund. Once your order is processed you will receive a tracking number and should receive your order within 3-5 business days. If you do not receive your tracking number once order is processed be sure to contact us right away. A signature will be required upon delivery, be sure that you or someone is there to sign for you. If customer decides to have the package left without a signature we are not liable and must contact delivery service.
returns/ refund/ exchange
Hair is shampooed and inspected before the wig construction. All custom wig sales are final due to sanitation reasons and to avoid false disputes. You are free to contact by email for any other questions you may have pertaining to a refund, return, or exchange. Individual situations is up to our discretion and will not apply to everyone. If you wish to exchange for another product, the customer is responsible to pay shipping back to the merchant, as well as a re-shipment fee. We will credit you back your money back through a gift card and the customer will pay any differences. Your credited money will cover any tax and the cost spent on the original order. If an order has been placed but not yet shipped, you may reach out to us to change your order; balance of new order will be paid by OR returned to the customers.
Damaged/wrong items
No business is perfect and we understand there may be times where a customer may receive a defective product. For items such as bundles, factory wigs, etc. may be replaced as long as items are clean and untouched. Contact us immediately if you've received the wrong order or items are missing, and we will be sure to correct your order. If items are missing, we will review your order and arrange shipment for missing items as soon as possible. If items are wrong, a return shipping label will be sent to you via email, which you will then bring to your local UPS store along with the items in that package. If damaged or product seems faulty be sure to contact us in regards to an exchange.
